G7 at Genève Aéroport

On the occasion of the G7, Geneva Airport will be mobilized from 13 to 19 June 2026 with an adapted organisation designed to support the event while maintaining the quality of passenger services.

Throughout this period, the airport will remain fully committed to ensuring operational continuity and assisting passengers in the best possible conditions throughout their journey.

G7 at the Airport: Essential Information

 

  • From 13 to 19 June 2026, Geneva Airport will implement an adapted operational setup for the G7.
  • The Panorama Terrace, the Chef area, and the North Terrace will be closed from 14 to 18 June.
  • Commercial flights will continue to operate, although occasional adjustments may occur. Passengers are encouraged to check their airline’s information before travelling.
  • Traffic disruptions are expected around the airport, in the city centre, and at border crossings.
  • Travellers are advised to plan ahead and allow extra time to reach the airport.
    Information will be updated regularly to best support passengers and visitors.

During the G7 period, traffic disruptions may occur on the roads leading to the airport as well as at border crossings. Travellers are therefore advised to plan their journey in advance and allow extra time for travel.

Recommended arrival times at the airport remain unchanged: check‑in deadlines may vary depending on the airline, but as a general rule, passengers are advised to arrive at check‑in three hours before their flight’s departure. We also encourage passengers to consult the information provided by their airline before travelling.
