Useful Information for Travellers

From 13 to 19 June, Geneva Airport will remain fully operational for travellers. Flights are maintained, and a specific arrangement will be deployed to ensure the continuity of operations during the G7.

From 12 June, traffic disruptions are expected, particularly around the airport area and at border crossing points, due to reinforced checks and access restrictions related to the G7.

As part of the arrangements put in place, a reinforced presence of armed military personnel will be visible, in coordination with the competent authorities and surveillance teams.

However, temporary adjustments and specific access conditions may apply during this period. Passengers are therefore invited to plan their journey in advance and to regularly check the relevant information before travelling to the airport.
